As an Army veteran, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people daily from around the country. Representing buyers and sellers in Clarke County – home to the University of Georgia – brings such a variety of people into the area. It is the largest employer in the area. Athens, although a college town has a small town feel to it also. This continues to add to the beauty of our state. Georgia’s beauty, people and space are why Lynne and I chose this as home 27 years ago. Some of our family is in Georgia, and the rest are spread around the country. And the rest of our counties? I love having space after living in a congested area most of my life. Lynne and I moved to Georgia in 1990. Most people who look for homes in these counties don’t want to be part of an HOA or have people on top of them. Great neighbors are great – they are even better at a small distance! You can find a lot of historic homes, properties that can be renovated, or new homes. Acreage varies from 1/3 acre to 20+. If it’s lake life you want, there are several nice lakes to choose from. All price points. Being able to offer our clients breathing room, value and a spacious quality of life keep us charged up to match home seekers with their next home. I take my firm’s transparency and my qualifications seriously. Be assured our firm is Liability and E&O insured. I am also Res.net, Equator and NRBA DMS certified.
